This role operates with strategic foresight and executive presence, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within scope, and at or above targeted margins. The Senior PM independently oversees large enterprise systems, phased campus deployments, multi-year contract programs, and high technical complexity design-build portfolios. This role acts as the primary escalation point for clients and internal stakeholders, proactively identifies contractual and financial risk exposure, and drives margin expansion through disciplined financial oversight and operational leadership. Beyond assigned projects, the Senior PM contributes to organizational health by mentoring Project Managers, influencing process improvements, participating in bid reviews and preconstruction planning, and advising leadership on backlog strength and portfolio risk trends.
