 * Proficiency with defect tracking and test management tools (e.g., JIRA, qTest).
 * Exposure to Gitlab and CICD tools
 * Experience with integration testing and data validation across multiple systems
 * Experience in Data Validation & Reconciliation Testing
 * Strong Knowledge in 1. Workday 2. Integrations 3. Automation
 * Domain expertise in telecom, HR process & workflows from sprint to production
 * Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

## Description

* Lead QE activities for Corporate and Finance streams in an Agile delivery model
 * Plan and drive in sprint testing, automation execution, and release sign-off
 * Leverage AI based solutions for test generation, prioritization, defect trend analysis, and quality reporting
 * Coordinate functional and automation testing using Selenium, Java, and REST APIs
 * Manage test execution on cloud platforms like for faster feedback and scalability
 * Validate end-to-end system integrations, data flows, and downstream impacts across enterprise systems.
 * Enable CI/CD pipeline integration and continuous quality gates
 * Track quality metrics, risks, and readiness for production rollout
 * Collaborate with Dev, Product, and Business teams to align testing with Corporate and financial workflows
 * Ensure defect prevention, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement
