Sicherer Umgang mit Eventsoftware, CRM-Systemen sowie sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse, insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint
Analytische Stärke, Zahlenverständnis und Erfahrung in der Aufbereitung von KPI-Reports
Ausgeprägte Dienstleistungsorientierung, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Hands-on-Mentalität
Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke und ein hohes Maß an Verlässlichkeit
Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse

## Description

Operative Unterstützung des Eventmanagers in allen administrativen Belangen, insbesondere Teilnehmer- und Datenmanagement
Pflege und Steuerung von Teilnehmerdatenbanken, Registrierungstools und CRM-Schnittstellen
Eigenverantwortliches Teilnehmermanagement sowie Kommunikation mit Gästen und Klärung von Rückfragen
Vorbereitung, Pflege und Auswertung von Eventcontrolling-Reports (Budget, Kostenstellen, Teilnehmerkennzahlen)
Unterstützung bei Budgetplanung, Rechnungskontrolle und Abwicklung mit Dienstleistern
Erstellung von Reports, KPI-Auswertungen und Unterstützung bei Lessons-Learned-Dokumentationen
Pflege von Event-Playbooks, Checklisten und Standardprozessen zur Qualitäts- und Effizienzsteigerung
Unterstützung bei der Vor-, Nach- und Onsite-Administration (Akkreditierung, Check-in-Listen, Teilnehmerfeedback)
