## About the Role

3+ years of detail oriented software development experience using Python

 * Strong experience developing, testing, and supporting production-level applications

 * Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs and web services

 * Strong SQL and database development experience with SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar platforms

 * Experience with Python frameworks such as Django, Flask, FastAPI, or similar technologies

 * Experience developing automation, integration, and business process solutions

 * Knowledge of object-oriented programming principles, software design patterns, and best practices

 * Experience with Git, source control management, and collaborative development environments

 * Experience troubleshooting and resolving production application issues

 * Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or AWS

 * Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps principles, and Agile development methodologies

 * Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills

 * Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with technical and business stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications:

 * Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or containerized application environments

 * Experience integrating ERP, CRM, HRIS, or other enterprise business systems

 * Experience with data processing, data engineering, or analytics platforms
