You will leverage modern cloud technologies and business process re-engineering methodologies to solve complex business problems and enhance operational efficiency. In this role, you will collaborate closely with business partners, product managers, and functional owners to deliver solutions that align strategically with organizational goals. You will analyze digital and web services, rationalize complex technical information, and support decision-making processes through detailed assessments of cost, benefit, and risk. Your work will include developing new operating models, workflows, and metrics to evaluate process performance. You will also prepare and present findings and recommendations to stakeholders across the organization.
