Plays a crucial role in enhancing organizational ERP systems by analyzing business processes and identifying improvement opportunities. Collaborates with stakeholders to gather and document requirements, assisting in the design and configuration of ERP solutions, and supporting testing activities to ensure system functionality.

Acts as a liaison between technical teams and business users to maintain alignment and facilitates end-user training and support.
