## About the Role

* Must have High School Diploma/Degree
 * Must have solid knowledge in HTML/CSS
 * A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or similar is preferred.
 * 1-2 years of web development/support experience in a fast-paced corporate environment.
 * US work authorization (Required)
 * Working knowledge on IIS Web server and website DNS record management is a plus
 * Working knowledge of JAVA/JSP is a plus
 * Experience in client communication

## Description

Job Summary: Revize is looking for a highly capable IT Support Specialist to provide technical assistance for website setup and migrations. In this role, your duties will include ensuring optimal use of our software technologies, enhancing system performance, and securing data. The ideal candidate should possess some experience in providing Information Technology support in a fast-paced environment, contribute to increased productivity by ensuring that projects run efficiently. Strong communication skills and the ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical clients and internal team members.

Roles and responsibilities

 * Fix and enhance website templates (HTML & CSS knowledge is needed)
 * Setup websites in IIS web server
 * Move sites across servers
 * Help clients make DNS changes
 * Conduct site migration and testing after work hours and during the weekends
 * Server setup and testing.
