The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and supporting our employee's use of the IT infrastructure (network, printers, scanners, laptops, smart phones, VOIP Phones) by configuring hardware for new hires and troubleshoot problems from employees. This role requires a strong understanding of Microsoft 365, Entra, Azure, Intune, Apples Business Manager, Android configuration, and iOS configuration.
