If you want a structured position with detailed requirements, no need to read further; this is not a position for you. * Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop and Illustrator * Experience with at least one video editing tool (e.g., Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, etc.) * Hands-on experience creating and posting content to social media platforms (Facebook and Instagram) * Experience planning, executing, and managing paid social media campaigns (Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads) * Working knowledge of WordPress (content updates, page creation, and basic site management) * Solid understanding of design principles (typography, color, composition, hierarchy) * Familiarity with social media trends, formats, and best practices * Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently * Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills Preferred Qualifications * Experience with analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.) * Knowledge of motion graphics and animation * Familiarity with additional tools such as Figma, InDesign, or Canva (as needed) * Portfolio demonstrating design, social media content, and video work * Must be a team player and be able to accept critiques Education & Experience * Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience) * 2+ years of experience in graphic design with demonstrated social media and digital marketing skills Work Environment * Hybrid - In-office meetings 2-3x per week, photoshoots on-site, with design work completed at home. ## Description We are seeking a creative, versatile Graphic Designer with strong digital and social media experience to join our team. This role combines visual design, illustration, and photo/video editing with hands-on management of social media content and paid advertising campaigns.
