## About the Role

* M.S. or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Biomedical Informatics, Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, or a related field.
 * Strong Python programming skills.
 * Experience with machine learning and deep learning.
 * Experience with transformer models and modern NLP frameworks.
 * Strong analytical and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

 * Experience with biomedical text mining.
 * Experience with biomedical databases.
 * Experience with cloud computing.
 * Experience with Git and collaborative software development.
 * Interest in biomedical AI and translational research.

Position Information

 * Full-time.
 * Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
 * Regular in-person collaboration required.
 * This is not a remote position.
 * Applicants should currently reside in the Milwaukee metropolitan area or be willing to relocate before employment begins.
 * Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Visa sponsorship is not available.
