* Abgeschlossenes Studium oder vergleichbare Qualifikation im Bereich: Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder Informatik

 * Fundierte Kenntnisse in ITIL und im Anforderungsmanagement, Vorgehen zur technischen Implementierung von Softwares (Netzwerk- und Serverinfrastruktur, Integration in bestehende IT-Landschaft etc.), regulatorische Rahmenbedingungen im Krankenhaus
 * Solide Kenntnisse in einem Projektmanagement-Tool, im Idealfall JIRA/Confluence
 * Erfahrung im Umgang mit klinischen Systemen (KIS)

## Description

* Verständnis für Anforderungen der verschiedenen Stakeholder eines Krankenhauses (inkl. Datenschutz, IT-Sicherheit, Medizintechnik etc.) und Übersetzung von klinischen/verwaltungstechnischen Prozessen in IT-Anforderungen
 * Management dieser Anforderungen von Projektidee über Business Case Erstellung, Beschaffung, Konzeptionierung, Implementierung und Übergabe an den Betrieb
 * Planung und Steuerung großer, komplexer IT-Projekte im klinischen Umfeld (Infrastrukturprojekte und Softwareeinführungen) anhand fundierter, marktgängiger PM-Methodik und Steuerung des Projektteams
 * Fail Fast – Wenn etwas nicht rund läuft, lösen Sie Probleme entschlossen und machen motiviert weiter
