## About the Role

* Abgeschlossenes Studium (z. B. Informatik, Agrartechnik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
 * Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Product Owner / Product Manager oder in einer vergleichbaren Rolle in der Softwareentwicklung.
 * Sehr gute Kenntnisse in agilen Methoden (Scrum, Kanban) sowie im Requirements-Engineering.
 * Technisches Verständnis von Softwarearchitekturen; idealerweise Berührungspunkte mit Embedded/Linux/Connectivity oder ISOBUS.
 * Sehr gutes Deutsch und Englisch sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikations-, Moderations- und Priorisierungsfähigkeiten.

## Description

* Du übernimmst die fachliche Verantwortung für die Weiterentwicklung von CCI.OS - der Software für unsere landtechnischen Bedienterminals.
 * In deiner Rolle definierst, priorisierst und pflegst du den Product-Backlog und übersetzt Anforderungen in präzise User Storys inkl. klarer Akzeptanzkriterien.
 * Souverän koordinierst du die Zusammenarbeit mit den Stakeholdern (Partnerunternehmen, Kunden, interne Teams) und moderierst Refinements und Reviews.
 * Du verantwortest die Roadmap und triffst fundierte Entscheidungen zu Scope und Priorisierung unter Berücksichtigung von Value, Time und Quality.
 * Für optimale Ergebnisse arbeitest du eng mit Entwicklung, Test-Automatisierung und UX zusammen und stellst eine hohe Produktqualität, Usability und Integration sicher.
