## About the Role

+ 2-5 years in Technical Consulting, Implementation Project Management, or Support in a B2B SaaS environment
 + Strong understanding of API integrations
 + Proven project management skills with a proactive, action-oriented approach
 + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to collaborate with senior client stakeholders and internal teams
 + Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
 + Experience with HRIS and ERP systems like QuickBooks, NetSuite, Workday and SAP
 + Familiarity with SQL or other query languages is a plus

## Description

+ Serve as the main point of contact for Success and Onboarding teams on integrations and API issues
 + Act as the escalation point for unresolved customer integration and API questions
 + Manage and troubleshoot integration issues, collaborating with internal teams to find solutions
 + Oversee customer integration projects from planning to execution, including requirements, strategy, and testing
 + Develop tailored integration plans and schedules based on client needs
 + Work with the Integrations and API Product team to address common challenges
 + Maintain deep knowledge of Deel's product suite and its integrations
 + Create and update internal and external resources for self-serve integrations
 + Communicate regularly with Onboarding Managers and CSMs about project status and issues
 + Guide customers through integration, troubleshooting, and ensuring successful deployment
