This is an excellent opportunity for an IT professional who enjoys solving complex technical issues, supporting enterprise Microsoft environments, and working alongside a highly skilled engineering team. In this role, you'll provide advanced Tier II infrastructure and systems support for a diverse client base while participating in infrastructure projects, cloud migrations, technology refreshes, and client onboarding initiatives.
