Experience using ScriptRunner and Groovy a plus. * Design and develop customizations and add-ons. * Administrator experience with Jira and Confluence. * UI Development, including JavaScript (jQuery) and CSS. * Experience with Jira Service Desk, BitBucket, and Jenkins. * 2 - 5 years of related experience. * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science. ## Description An Insight Global Client is looking for a Jira developer and/or administrator with a development background to join a team responsible for configuring, managing, and enhancing Jira and Confluence tools and add-ons. The Jira Developer/Administrator will be responsible for understanding the current process and requirements, investigating and implementing potential solutions, analyzing impact, and communicating with stakeholders. This role provides challenging opportunities and ample room for critical thinking in building extensible solutions that meet the unique needs of our clients while scaling out to support the daily collaboration of the entire organization. The position will be based out of Atlanta, Georgia. We are only considering local candidates at this time. Hybrid 3 days a week in midtown Key Responsibilities * Work together with a team of people with diverse skillsets to produce quality applications using Jira Service Desk. * Collaborate with customers, Business Analysts, and cross-functional teams to collect requirements and develop solutions to support the daily needs of a rapidly growing business. * Manage and configure complex Jira workflows, screen schemes, permission schemes, and notification schemes. * Document requirements and solutions, as well as user and support reference guides. * Provide ongoing user support including troubleshooting and resolution of issues. * Research, test, and implement add-ons for Jira and Confluence.
