* 10+ years of Oracle EBS R12 HCM Techno-Functional experience.
 * Strong hands-on expertise in:
 * Oracle HR
 * Oracle OTL (Oracle Time & Labor)
 * Experience supporting Oracle EBS R12.2.6 and 12.2.14 environments.
 * Minimum one end-to-end Oracle EBS 12.2.x Upgrade implementation.
 * Strong experience with:
 * Requirements Gathering
 * Solution Design
 * Configuration
 * Testing & UAT
 * Deployment
 * Cutover & Go-Live
 * Hypercare Support
 * Strong knowledge of System Integrations and Batch Scheduling.
 * Experience with Oracle ERP best practices and cross-module integrations.

## Description

* Provide techno-functional support for Oracle EBS HCM HR & OTL modules.
 * Lead Oracle EBS R12 upgrade activities from requirements through production deployment.
 * Configure HCM modules and ensure seamless cross-module integration.
 * Prepare functional specifications, training materials, validation scripts, and UAT documentation.
 * Support cutover, go-live, hypercare, and production issue resolution.
 * Collaborate with business users, SMEs, and technical teams to deliver high-quality Oracle EBS solutions.
