+ 2+ years of relevant professional experience
 + Strong programming skills in Python and solid understanding of software engineering principles
 + A habit of using AI tools to boost productivity and improve quality across your work
 + Interest and experience with modern AI frameworks and APIs (LLMs, embeddings, vector stores)
 + Ability to build backend services and APIs
