This is a high-impact, hands-on position at the core of our data-driven mission.Compensaciones / Beneficios* Design and implement data infrastructure using Terraform (IaC) for reproducible environments* Maintain GitLab CI pipelines for dbt modeling and deployments* Define and monitor SLIs/SLOs/SLAs for data pipelines and enhance observability* Automate data governance and access controls (RBAC/ABAC) via code* Develop scalable ETL/ELT pipelines and optimize data warehouse performance* Lead dbt-based data modeling with strong testing and documentation* Work with streaming data frameworks to process real-time data* Collaborate with data scientists, BI developers, and analytics engineers* Contribute to coding standards, reviews, and engineering best practices* Troubleshoot data pipeline/infrastructure issues and evaluate new technologiesResponsabilidades* 7+ years in Data Engineering, including 2+ years in Senior/Lead roles* Proficiency in Python, Java, or Scala* Expertise with Terraform or
