* 5+ years of hands-on experience in scalable data solutions, preferably with finance data exposure
 * Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Physics, or related field
 * Strong SQL expertise, experience with dbt, relational and columnar databases, and Python proficiency
 * Experience with SAP financial data structures (FI/CO, MM, or similar) and data extraction
 * Experience with modern data technologies (Starburst, Databricks, Snowflake or similar)
 * Experience with Linux and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure or similar)
 * Strong English communication skills; interest in emerging technologies and continuous learning; Spanish a plus
 * Ability to translate Finance requirements into robust technical solutions
