## About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing product lifecycle and stakeholder engagement within banking and insurance sectors. Spanish fluency is required as part of this role.

 * 4-6 years of experience as a Product Owner.
 * Strong proficiency with MySQL and SQL Server for data management.
 * Experience with Scrum methodology and tools like Jira.
 * Solid knowledge of product design principles and version control tools such as Git.
 * Familiarity with stakeholder engagement and project management.
 * Proven experience with end-to-end product lifecycle in banking or insurance sectors.
 * Advanced proficiency in Spanish (written and spoken) and good level of English.
 * Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
 * Define and manage product requirements and backlog using Scrum practices.
 * Engage with stakeholders to gather needs and ensure alignment with business objectives.
 * Oversee the product lifecycle, from design to delivery, ensuring quality and compliance.
 * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver intuitive and efficient solutions.
 * Participate in project planning and sprint reviews.
 * Implement best practices in product design and data management.
 * Stay current with the latest industry trends and emerging technologies in product development.
