## Description

 * Bearbeiten von Incidents im 2nd- und 3rd-Level-Support inklusive Eskalationsmanagement
 * Pflegen und optimieren von Infrastrukturkomponenten wie DNS, DHCP, Dateiservices und Storage-Systemen
 * Durchführen von System- und Performance-Monitoring sowie Mitwirkung an Hochverfügbarkeits- und Backupmaßnahmen
 * Koordinieren mit internen Schnittstellen aus Technik, Einkauf und Qualität sowie externen Dienstleistern
 * Erstellen klarer Projektdokumentationen und Statusberichte
