 * Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Office, insbesondere Excel

## Description

* Betreuung, Pflege und Weiterentwicklung unserer Dienstplanungstools und Zeitwirtschaftssystems "Vivendi pep" und "Timebutler"
 * Einführung und Implementierung neuer Systeme und Prozesse im Bereich Dienstplanung
 * Unterstützung der Führungskräfte bei Fragen rund um Arbeitszeiten, Schichtmodelle und Personaleinsatzplanung
 * Sicherstellung einer korrekten Arbeitszeiterfassung und Datenpflege
 * Analyse und Optimierung bestehender Planungsprozesse
 * Erstellung von Auswertungen, Reports und Übersichten
 * Unterstützung bei administrativen Aufgaben innerhalb der Personalabteilung
 * Planung und Umsetzung von Projekten im Bereich Arbeitszeitmanagement und Personalprozesse
