## Description

* Aufbau einer bundesweiten IT-Infrastruktur für über 110 Praxen und rund 2.000 Mitarbeitende.
 * Entwicklung und Umsetzung eines zukunftsfähigen Vor-Ort-Betreuungsmodells.
 * Weiterentwicklung der Identitätsstrategie inklusive Intune-/Autopilot-Migration, BYOD-Konzept und E-Mail-Konsolidierung.
 * Konzeption der Hardware- und Support-Infrastruktur sowie Verantwortung für die IT-seitige Begleitung der Provet-Cloud-Migration.
 * Definition technischer Standards für Netzwerk, Identity, Software und Backup sowie Sicherstellung von Compliance und IT-Sicherheit.
 * Steuerung externer IT-Dienstleister und Aufbau eines strukturierten Partnernetzwerks.
 * Führung und Weiterentwicklung eines Teams von aktuell vier Mitarbeitenden.
