## Description

* Koordination, strategische Planung und Weiterentwicklung unseres Produkt-Angebotes aus dem EDI-Portfolio
 * Erstellung von Entscheidungsvorlagen, Analyse von Produkten aus dem EDI-Portfolio für die IT Leitung und den externen Partnern
 * Kommunikationspartner zwischen allen internen Fachbereichen und externen Geschäftspartnern
 * Prozessoptimierungen und Produktpositionierung innerhalb der BELA und auch für externe Partner
 * Durchführung von Fehleranalysen im Rahmen des 2nd/3rd-Level Supports
 * Programmanpassungen und bei Bedarf selbstständig Anwenderschulung und Präsentationen durchführen
