## About the Role

* A High School Diploma with proven experience, or a bachelor's degree in an appropriate discipline with relevant experience in airport managed services or within airport operators in Spain.
 * Familiarity with Cisco network devices and general networking concepts.
 * Experience dealing with and navigating relationships with relevant airport operators in Spain.
 * Broad working knowledge of Special Airport Systems (SAS), including airport operational systems, baggage reconciliation systems, and passenger processing systems.
 * Proficiency in MS Office suite tools such as Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
 * Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
 * Ability to work effectively in a matrixed team environment both locally and globally.
 * Strong problem-solving skills to source solutions to customer requirements or issues.
 * Excellent attention to detail and quality.
 * Ability to travel as may be required.

## Description

* Acts as first point of escalation for Managed Services at BCN Airports.
 * Responds to customer complaints and carries out customer satisfaction investigations to ensure the establishment of appropriate improvement plans.
 * Quality issue management - coordinates the servicing, operating, maintaining, repairing, and removal of equipment.
 * Conducts technical analysis of product implementations, modifications, and enhancements in accordance with specific customer specifications.
 * Manages technical products, services, logistics, and configurations for assigned customers.
 * Troubleshoots technical problems and issues and recommends actions to company or customer representatives.
 * Assesses product needs according to customer specifications.
 * Acts as the local on-site Collins Aerospace representative to the customer's organization.
 * Manages statements of work to meet customer and contract requirements.
