## Description

* Analyse und eigenständige Behebung von IT-Störungen sowie kompetente Unterstützung unserer Anwender im täglichen IT-Betrieb
 * Bearbeitung, Dokumentation und Nachverfolgung von Supportanfragen über unser Ticketsystem
 * Einrichtung und Inbetriebnahme neuer IT-Arbeitsplätze
 * Installation, Konfiguration und Bereitstellung von Endgeräten (z. B. PCs, Notebooks und Peripheriegeräten)
 * Installation, Konfiguration und Pflege von Hard- und Software
 * Planung und Durchführung von Software-Rollouts, Updates und Systemaktualisierungen
 * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Bereichen Produktmanagement, Produktentwicklung sowie weiteren Fachabteilungen zur kontinuierlichen Optimierung unserer IT-Services
 * Erstellung von Auswertungen, Reports und Dokumentationen
