## About the Role

* Mínimo 5 años como Project Manager IT en proyectos de infraestructura para entornos industriales o construcción de nuevas plantas.
 * Experiencia demostrable en gestión integral de proyectos (planificación, presupuesto, proveedores).
 * Conocimientos sólidos en infraestructuras IT: redes, servidores, almacenamiento, conectividad OT, ciberseguridad.
 * Experiencia en coordinación con equipos multidisciplinares (ingeniería, construcción, operaciones).
 * Nivel de inglés C1 imprescindible.
 * Se valorará positivamente: Experiencia en entornos farmacéuticos o regulados (GMP, GxP)., * Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y liderazgo.
 * Capacidad de gestión bajo presión y orientación a resultados.
 * Autonomía, pensamiento analítico y enfoque colaborativo.

Certificaciones Valoradas:

 * PMP®, PRINCE2®, ITIL®, o equivalentes.
 * Certificaciones del ámbito IT (Cisco, Microsoft, etc.)

## Description

* Gestionar integralmente el proyecto de infraestructura IT del nuevo site, desde la planificación y presupuesto hasta la entrega.
 * Coordinar la integración técnica entre áreas de ingeniería, construcción, operaciones y tecnología.
 * Dirigir proveedores y contratistas durante la implantación de soluciones IT e infraestructuras físicas.
 * Garantizar el cumplimiento de normativas farmacéuticas (GxP, 21 CFR Part 11) y los estándares de seguridad.
 * Definir requerimientos técnicos y supervisar la puesta en marcha y transferencia a operaciones.
 * Reportar el avance, calidad y riesgos del proyecto a la dirección del programa.
