## About the Role

Do you have experience in Visual communication design?, We are seeking an experienced and creative Web Designer & Developer with a strong background in graphic design to support a current website and digital branding project. This is a project-based opportunity ideal for an independent professional who can create visually engaging, modern websites while collaborating effectively with project managers and internal teams.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly creative, responsive, and capable of managing deadlines in a fast-paced environment., * Minimum 5+ years of professional web design and development experience

 * Strong portfolio showcasing website design and development work
 * Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, or similar design tools
 * Strong understanding of typography, layout design, branding, and visual hierarchy
 * Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive web development
 * Experience with WordPress, Webflow, Shopify, or similar CMS platforms
 * Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and modern web standards
 * Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
 * Ability to work independently and collaboratively
 * Must be based in the United States

Preferred Qualifications

 * Experience with animations, motion graphics, or interactive design
 * Knowledge of ADA/accessibility compliance standards
 * Experience with SEO optimization and analytics tools
 * Familiarity with website hosting, domains, and deployment processes

## Description

The Web Designer & Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, updating, and maintaining professional websites and digital assets that align with branding, functionality, and user experience goals., * Design and develop modern, responsive websites and landing pages

 * Create visually engaging graphics, banners, and branded digital assets
 * Collaborate with project managers to ensure timelines and deliverables are met
 * Participate in project meetings, planning sessions, and revisions
 * Maintain consistency in branding, visual identity, and user experience
 * Update and maintain website content, graphics, and functionality
 * Ensure websites are optimized for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices
 * Troubleshoot technical website issues and perform ongoing maintenance
 * Implement SEO and accessibility best practices
 * Manage integrations, plugins, forms, and third-party tools
