## About the Role

* Título universitario en Ingeniería Informática, telecomunicaciones o similar.
 * Formación complementaria en automatizaciones, IA, RPA y gestión de proyectos.
 * Experiencia mínima 3-5 años en automatizaciones (RPA, workflows, integraciones, etc.).
 * Conocimientos de herramientas de automatización e IA (Low-Code / No-Code, APIs, IA generativa, n8n, make, etc)
 * Experiencia en gestión de proyectos ágiles y metodologías de entrega.
 * Experiencia en interacción y gestión de clientes.

## Description

Nos encontramos en búsqueda de un/a Especialista en Automatizaciones e IA para que se sume a nuestro equipo en Colombia., Actuar como catalizador/a de la transformación digital, coordinando con las áreas de la organización la priorización e implementación de iniciativas de automatización e IA, y manteniendo actualizada la hoja de ruta estratégica en base a nuevas oportunidades de alto impacto., * Integrarse con las áreas de negocio y actuar como referente de transformación, identificando oportunidades de mejora y generación de valor.

 * Evaluar, priorizar y gestionar el pipeline de iniciativas de automatización e inteligencia artificial.
 * Liderar y ejecutar el desarrollo de automatizaciones de extremo a extremo, desde la toma de requerimientos y el diseño funcional hasta su despliegue en producción y soporte y mantenimiento.
 * Identificar y evaluar iniciativas estratégicas de alto impacto, trasladándolas al Líder Estratégico de IA para su dimensionamiento, valoración y definición de la solución.
 * Realizar el seguimiento de los objetivos de transformación, KPIs y beneficios obtenidos, asegurando la captura del valor esperado.
 * Mantener y evolucionar la hoja de ruta de transformación e IA, incorporando nuevas oportunidades y ajustando prioridades en función de las necesidades del negocio.
