* 2-4+ years of experience in Data Science, Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a related field
 * 2-4+ years of experience using Python and/or R for data analysis, statistical modeling, and automation
 * 2-4+ years of experience working with large, complex, and high-dimensional datasets
 * Experience building dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Tableau or similar BI tools
 * Experience applying statistical techniques, predictive modeling, and exploratory data analysis to solve business problems
 * Experience communicating technical findings and insights to non-technical stakeholders through written and verbal presentations
