Able to effectively present and defend a point of view to a variety of audiences * Thorough individual with the ability to rapidly learn and take advantage of new concepts, business models, and technologies * Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Able to effectively develop materials that are appropriate for the audience * A great listener with the ability to connect with people in diverse roles * Proven ability to analyze, design, and optimize business processes via technology and integration * Resourceful and innovative thinker who can work through and solve problems * Qualification for this job is contingent upon acceptable results from a background investigation and your obtaining and maintaining the specific level of U.S. Government security clearance required for this role. U.S. citizenship (U.S. born or naturalized) required. * Preferred Requirements * Metro DC located * Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or multiple Salesforce Architecture certifications * Degree or equivalent relevant experience required. Experience will be evaluated based on the core competencies for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer roles, work experience, etc.) * Experience in public sector digital transformation initiatives * Hands-on experience with Public Sector Solutions ("Agentforce Public Sector") * Hands-on experience with Omni Studio * Ability to convey and convince customers of best practices at various levels within a large organization * Application design and development background * Travel may be required and varies depending on the client requirements, This candidate must be a U.S. citizen (U.S. born or naturalized) who does not hold dual citizenship and agrees to complete a U.S. federal government Minimum Background Investigation (MBI) for a Moderate Public Trust position. ## Description The Technical Architect / Senior Technical Architect plays a pivotal role in both presales and implementation, shaping, scoping, and solutioning engagements to set customers up for success. This leader provides technical oversight and execution leadership on large-scale and mission-critical engagements while also serving as a trusted mentor to Salesforce teams and Federal clients. They're responsible for driving architectural excellence, strategic customer alignment, and fostering a high-performance culture within their teams.
