This position requires sitting; some reaching; standing; some stooping or kneeling. The employee must occasionally lift and move up to 50 pounds. It is expected that the employee will read, compile, compute and record numerical and statistical data. Must drive occasionally. ## Description In this role, you will ensure our technology is consistently reliable and always ready to drive daily business success. You will monitor IT systems for any issues, troubleshoot problems as needed, and proactively resolve failures. Additionally, you will create and manage KPI dashboards, review infrastructure logs, and oversee the installation and deployment of technology at new retail branches. We are seeking an IT Operations Manager who embodies the principles of servant leadership. Responsibilities: * Team Coordination including managing IT Operations, and Networking. * Ensure the smooth delivery of IT services by monitoring system performance.
