## Description

* Du leitest unternehmensweite IT-Projekte (z. B. Migrationen, Rollouts) von der Konzeption bis zur erfolgreichen Abnahme
 * Du bewertest neue Technologien, erstellst Roadmaps für unsere IT-Infrastruktur und berätst bei Investitionsentscheidungen
 * Du übernimmst die fachliche End-to-End-Verantwortung für zentrale IT-Services, stellst deren stabilen Betrieb sicher und fungierst als Eskalationsinstanz bei komplexen Incidents und Problemfällen
 * Du bist für Business Continuity Management (BCM) sowie die kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der Cybersecurity-Architektur verantwortlich
 * Du identifizierst und implementierst Lösungen, um die Effizienz innerhalb der IT und im gesamten Unternehmen nachhaltig zu steigern
 * Du definierst und etablierst IT-Standards, Richtlinien und Governance-Modelle (z. B. Berechtigungen, Lifecycle, Naming, Security-Baselines) und sorgst für deren nachhaltige Umsetzung
 * Du initiierst IT-Innovationsprojekte und arbeitest eng mit anderen Abteilungen zusammen, um bedarfsgerechte Lösungen nahtlos zu integrieren
