* Experience in Game Design / Game Balancing or Product Management in free-to-play games
 * Good understanding of LiveOps game dynamics, including monetization strategies, in-game economies and player behavior
 * Aspiration to take ownership and striving to get things done with a cost/benefit mindset
 * Strong written and spoken English

## Description

* Design new and rework existing game features and systems targeted to improve key game metrics
 * Propose improvements and measures aligned with the game vision, player feedback, data analysis and business goals
 * Create pitch presentations, wireframes and documentation to clearly communicate your designs to the team
 * Utilize AI tools in your daily work to leverage your own output
 * Transfer and adapt successful game mechanics from various genres
