## Description

* Du entwirfst und baust unsere Multi-Agent-Architektur weiter und entscheidest mit, wie unsere Agenten zusammenspielen
 * Du baust die Eval-Infrastruktur, mit der wir Agentenverhalten verlässlich und messbar machen, statt auf Bauchgefühl zu vertrauen
 * Du betreibst Agent- und Context-Engineering und entscheidest, welche Information ein Agent wann braucht
 * Du bringst Agenten verlässlich in Produktion, mit den nötigen Guardrails und dem nötigen Monitoring
 * Du codest mit hohem Hebel. Mit Claude Code (oder deinem Tool der Wahl) erzeugst du schnell viel verlässlichen Output
 * Du arbeitest eng mit Gründerteam, Produkt und unseren juristischen Fachleuten zusammen und bringst proaktiv eigene Ideen ein
