C2C will not be considered. * Experience: You have a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field or equivalent experience. You have 5+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 2 years of experience building end-to-end AI products. * Technical skills: Python, LLMs (e.g., Claude, GPT), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), MCP, Agentic AI systems, Generative AI, and AI Agent orchestration. * Preferred: You have experience as a Full-Stack Engineer building scalable backend applications using C# and .NET (Standard and Core). You have experience developing APIs and designing data access layers and working with relational databases such as SQL Server. * Excellent organizational and time management skills: You have the ability to multi-task and prioritize projects / assignments. You have excellent attention to detail and exhibit a reasonable sense of urgency. * Excellent communication skills: You have excellent verbal and written communication skills. You are able to work a hybrid schedule; this position is not eligible for 100% remote work. ## Description About the role: You will be working in our Austin, TX location responsible for designing, developing, testing, tuning, enhancing, maintaining, and documenting AI-powered software solutions that complies with project plans and industry standards. This role is a permanent position that involves working full-time and follows a hybrid schedule, Monday through Friday.
