## Description

* Fehleranalyse und Erstanalyse technischer Störungen wie z.B. Hardware-Themen (Endgeräte, Netzwerkkomponenten, Kassensysteme und Medienequipment) sowie Software-Anfragen, Benutzerzugänge und Berechtigungen
 * Beratung und Unterstützung der User im täglichen Umgang mit IT-Systemen sowie das proaktive Erkennen und Kommunizieren von Verbesserungspotenzialen
 * Zusammenarbeit mit 2nd- oder 3rd-Level-Support oder externe Partner bei nicht lösbaren Anfragen inkl. Voranalyse
 * Regelmäßiges Updaten der Ticketdokumentation sowie Mitwirkung an der Erstellung und Pflege von Wissensartikeln
 * Übernahme von geplanten Bereitschaftsdiensten
