Specific duties: develop, implement, and maintain web and batch applications, reports, queries, and system integrations; lead projects, forecast required time and resources, provide status updates, and follow established standard and methodology; work with customers and business systems analysts to design solutions that meet the needs of the customer and university; coordinate and apply vendor-provided software patches and maintenance; provide production problem analysis and resolution, job scheduling, monitoring, performance tuning, and end-user support; demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the business and administrative processes; support and troubleshoot enterprise application security and access-related issues, including role-based security and data access across HCM platforms; design, support, and enhance system-to-system integrations to enable interoperability between enterprise HCM platforms and related systems, including during platform upgrades or transitions; and provide training, guidance, and assistance to staff to accomplish goals. Hybrid work from home with in-person meetings.
