## Description

We are seeking a Data & Reporting Manager to lead reporting, analytics, and data strategy initiatives while overseeing a team of BI professionals. This Data & Reporting Manager will partner closely with IT and cross-functional business teams to develop, maintain, and enhance reporting and analytics solutions that support data-driven decision-making across the organization.

This Data & Reporting Manager position is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing hands-on technical leadership with team management, process improvement, and strategic analytics initiatives., * Develop, maintain, and enhance reporting and analytics solutions using Tableau or other BI tools to support operational and business decision-making.

 * Write and troubleshoot SQL queries, resolve data source issues, and support overall reporting accuracy and performance.
 * Partner closely with operations, business stakeholders, and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver effective reporting solutions.
 * Translate complex business needs into scalable dashboards, reports, and data analytics solutions.
 * Analyze existing processes and reporting workflows to identify opportunities for improvement, automation, and standardization.
 * Take a big-picture approach to data and analytics initiatives, helping align reporting solutions with broader business goals and operational strategies.
 * Support and maintain BI platforms, ensuring data integrity, usability, and reliability across reporting environments.
 * Communicate insights, findings, and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
 * Participate in cross-functional projects related to reporting, analytics, data governance, and process improvement.
 * Troubleshoot issues, test solutions, and support ongoing enhancements to reporting systems and data infrastructure.
