## About the Role

* Du hast einen guten Realschulabschluss oder (Fach-)Abitur.
 * Du interessierst dich für IT, Computer und digitale Technologien.
 * Idealerweise hast du bereits erste Erfahrungen mit PCs, Netzwerken oder Betriebssystemen gesammelt - das ist aber keine Voraussetzung.
 * Du hast Spaß daran, technische Probleme zu lösen und neue Dinge zu lernen.
 * Du arbeitest gerne im Team und gehst Aufgaben strukturiert an.
 * Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.

## Description

Unser IT-Team besteht aus rund 50 Kolleginnen und Kollegen, die gemeinsam an spannenden IT-Projekten arbeiten.

Während deiner dreijährigen Ausbildung lernst du verschiedene Bereiche unserer IT kennen, unter anderem:

IT-Helpdesk, IT-Infrastruktur, IT-Service Operations und IT-Security

Während deiner Ausbildung lernst du Schritt für Schritt, wie moderne Unternehmens-IT funktioniert. Dabei erwarten dich unter anderem:

 * Computer, Laptops und andere IT-Systeme einrichten und betreuen
 * Netzwerke und moderne IT-Infrastrukturen kennenlernen
 * Mit Microsoft 365 und weiteren Unternehmensanwendungen arbeiten
 * Technische Probleme analysieren und gemeinsam Lösungen finden
 * Kolleginnen und Kollegen bei IT-Fragen unterstützen
 * IT-Security im Unternehmensalltag kennenlernen
