 * Einrichtung, Bereitstellung und Betreuung von Hard- und Software am Arbeitsplatz
 * Analyse, Priorisierung und eigenständige Lösung von IT-Störungen im 1st-Level-Support
 * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen IT-Teams zur Sicherstellung effizienter Supportprozesse
 * Überwachung, Pflege und Optimierung von IT-Systemen und Anwendungen
