Working closely with the Global MarTech Manager, you'll have real influence on how technology shapes our day-to-day work and our long-term roadmap., System Management - prioritize change requests, monitor performance, coordinate releases, manage third-party providers

 * Training & Onboarding - design and deliver training programs, close knowledge gaps, drive adoption
 * Reporting & Analytics - build dashboards, track KPIs, turn data into actionable insights for stakeholders
 * Continuous Improvement - gather user feedback, optimize workflows, support rollouts and change management
