Soft Skills: * Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. * Strong documentation and process development skills. * Proactive mindset with attention to potential issues and improvements. * Comfortable working in cross-functional teams and sharing knowledge. * Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. ## Description As a System Administrator, you will play a critical role in managing and maintaining on-premises and hybrid environments to ensure stability, security, and performance. This position focuses on day-to-day administration, troubleshooting, and optimization of core infrastructure components, including servers, networking, virtualization, and backup systems.
