## Description

* aktive Mitgestaltung, Betrieb und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung einer unternehmensweiten Container-Plattform (Kubernetes/OpenShift) als Grundlage der Debeka Cloud, einschließlich Bereitstellung, Integration sowie Lifecycle-Management der Cluster- und Plattform-Services.
 * Automatisierung der Provisionierung und Wiederherstellung der Plattform mithilfe von Infrastructure as Code (z. B. Ansible), um konsistente Deployments, eine schnelle Reproduzierbarkeit und resiliente Betriebsprozesse sicherzustellen.
 * Anwendung und Weiterentwicklung von GitOps- und "Everything as Code"-Prinzipien für Cluster-, Namespace- und Plattformkonfigurationen (deklarativ per YAML). Hierzu gehören automatisierte Rollouts und Rollbacks, die Synchronisation über GitOps-Mechanismen (z. B. Argo CD) sowie die Standardisierung durch Templates.
 * Entwicklung und Optimierung sicherheits- und betriebsrelevanter Plattformfunktionen mit Schwerpunkt auf RBAC- und Rollenmodellen, Policy- und Security-Checks in Deployment-Prozessen, Secrets-Management (z. B. verschlüsselte Konfigurationen) sowie der Sicherstellung eines stabilen, reproduzierbaren Betriebs und einer zuverlässigen Wiederherstellbarkeit.
 * direkte Zusammenarbeit mit den Nutzern der Debeka Cloud zur Umsetzung gemeinsamer Anforderungen.
 * eigenverantwortliche Spezifizierung und Umsetzung neuer Funktionen und Features für die Debeka Cloud.
