## Description

* First-Level-Support
 * Erste Anlaufstelle für unsere Anwender bei IT Störungen und Serviceanfragen
 * Entgegennahme, Analyse und Bearbeitung von Tickets (Incident & Service Requests)
 * Unterstützung der Anwender in den Bereichen Hard- und Software, Betriebssysteme und Standardanwendungen
 * Dokumentation von Lösungen und Pflege der Wissensdatenbank
 * Second-Level-Support / IT Infrastruktur
 * Analyse und Behebung komplexerer Störungen in Zusammenarbeit mit dem IT Team
 * Administration und Weiterentwicklung der Client und Serverlandschaft (Windows, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, VMware)
 * Betreuung von Netzwerkkomponenten, Server und Client HardwareInstallation, Konfiguration und Verwaltung von mobilen Endgeräten (Android, iOS / MDM)
 * Mitarbeit bei IT Projekten sowie Rollouts neuer Hard- und Software
 * Unterstützung bei der Administration von Firewalls und Security Systemen
