Strong SQL skills, able to write complex and performant queries with ease
Solid Python skills for data transformation, scripting and workflow automation
Good understanding of data modelling principles and the ability to translate business questions into well-structured data products
Experience working with cloud data warehouses such as BigQuery
Strong collaboration and communication skills, with a problem-solving attitude and ability to talk to both business and technical people
A curious and proactive mindset and a willingness to learn and broaden your skills
Hands?on experience building dashboards and visualisations in Looker or a similar BI platform
Bonus Points
Experience with data pipeline orchestration tools such as Airflow
Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Drone or GitHub Actions
Experience with AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot or similar) as part of your development workflow
