cloud adoption (IaaS/PaaS - Azure, AWS, GCP); network transformation (LAN/WAN, SD-WAN, connectivity); or workplace services (end-user computing, collaboration tools). - Strong understanding of infrastructure domains: compute, storage, virtualization (VMware, Hyper?V); cloud platforms and hybrid architecture; network and security (firewalls, identity, access management). - Experience managing vendors and system integrators in infrastructure deployments. - Knowledgeable for ITSM processes (incident, change, problem management) and tools (ServiceNow or similar). - Experience with infrastructure monitoring, automation, and DevOps practices is a plus. - Used to governance model definitions, operational readiness validation, and SLA/KPI management. - Strong stakeholder management: IT operations, enterprise architects, security teams, business leaders. - Solid understanding of infrastructure architectures and IT operations. - Project management methodologies mastery;
