You'll monitor CI/CD pipelines, develop release plans, and coordinate with stakeholders like QA and product managers. Key skills include 8+ years of release management, CICD pipelines, GIT, DevOps tools, and Python. Experience with Azure DevOps, AWS Cloud, and Agile/Scrum is a plus. You'll work with Scrum Masters, manage release cadence, and do releases. Strong communication and collaboration skills are required. The role involves DevOps responsibilities with AWS services like ECS, EC2, and S3. Local candidates preferred. Required Education/Experience: Bachelor's Degree with 10+ years of experience OrMaster's degree with 8+ years of experience, · As a Release Engineer/Co-Ordinator, you will be responsible for monitoring CI/CD pipelines for smooth and successful builds and develop the UAT and production release plans. · You will also be coordinating with important stakeholders such as QA, Infrastructure, Product and Business managers to resolve build problems, determine the release feature set and gathering of release documentation. · Successful candidate also will perform DevOps role as a secondary role. As a DevOps role successful candidate will demonstrate competency with the following AWS services: ECS, EC2, EBS, S3, Glacier, RDS, VPC, Route53, ELB, IAM, CloudFront, CloudFormation, CloudWatch, SQS, SES, Lambda. · Proficient in Python programming language and tech stacks · Work closely with Scrum Masters and engineering team. · Conducting the scrum-on-scrum calls and manage the release cadence and do releases. Required Technical Skills: * 8+ years of IT release or delivery management. * 6-7+ experience with CICD pipelines, GIT and DevOps tools and technologies * Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills Top candidates will also have: * Experience in/with the following: o Azure DevOps o Working within an Agile framework (ideally Scrum) with multiple other teams as a Scrum Master or Program Manager or Project Co-Ordinator * Strong understanding and/or experience in some of the following, o AWS Cloud, automated CICD and BDD with Cucumber. * Ability to work under pressure and within time constraints * Passion for technology and an eagerness to contribute to a team-oriented environment * Execution, AWS/Cloud Agents/Infrastructure..Etc. ## Description 1. Describe the most challenging release assignment in your career and explain on the challenges, how you overcame the challenges 2. Tell us a time when you had to deal with multiple stakeholders and come to an agreement during Go/No-Go 3. Explain a release where you had to deal with complex rollback or/and rollback was not an option 4. Tell us more on your hands-on technical contribution in fast-tracking the deployment process working with Build/Deployment Pipelines, Environments, Tests Automation 5.
