## About the Role

* 5+ years of relevant operational and program management experience
 * Bachelor's degree
 * Active Top Secret/SCI clearance
 * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and similar tools
 * Strong communication skills - both written (including PowerPoint) and oral
 * Strong organization skills with the ability to multi-task and respond to urgent requests
 * Work on-site at DARPA HQ (Arlington, VA) daily
 * Travel to support program up to 15% duty factor

Preferred Capabilities

 * Mission focus with enthusiasm for daily work
 * Clear, concise, direct communication
 * Experience as a Scientific and Engineering Technical Advisor (SETA) supporting DARPA and/or U.S. Space Force
 * Experience with Special Access acquisitions community
 * Background experience with military leadership
 * Understanding of optical and/or laser systems
 * Experience managing large dispersed teams, managing schedule, and tracking forecasted budgets

## Description

Candidates sought to provide technical program management and execution support. The successful candidate will support the DARPA program manager by building program documents, integrating technical information and managing/coordinating schedule and milestone activities. This includes overseeing contract execution, coordinating and collaborating with Government mission partners, providing feedback to multiple technical teams, and communicating status/results by preparing and delivering program briefings.
