## About the Role

* Advanced degree plus 6 years of experience, or Bachelor's degree plus 8 years of IT project management experience, including large-scale enterprise implementations
 * Preferred Fields of Study: Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
 * Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required or preferred
 * Agile/Scrum certifications (SAFe, CSM, etc.) preferred
 * Strong expertise in project management methodologies including Agile, Scrum, SAFe, and Waterfall
 * Experience with project/portfolio management tools (MS Project, Planview, Jira, etc.)
 * Demonstrated success managing complex technical projects in regulated environments (GxP, SOX, HIPAA, etc.)
 * Excellent financial acumen and budget management capabilities
 * Demonstrated ability to guide and collaborate across multiple teams and organizational levels
 * Experience managing distributed teams and external vendors
 * Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
 * Proficiency with MS Office suite and project management software
 * Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
 * Knowledge of change management principles and methodologies
 * Experience with enterprise systems like ERP, CRM, LIMS preferred
 * Travel may be required up to 20%
 * Life sciences or pharmaceutical industry experience preferred
 * Demonstrated success in project delivery within scope, timeline and budget constraints
 * Excellent risk management and issue resolution skills

## Description

You will lead complex FSD application and site-level migrations during the integration of purification and filtration businesses into the Thermo Fisher Scientific IT ecosystem, ensuring seamless transitions and business continuity.

What you will do:

 * Lead and manage the application migration kanban, coordinating complex FSD integrations across multiple workstreams
 * Apply Agile methodologies and frameworks to drive project execution, scope management, schedules, budgets, and resources
 * Leverage deep IT landscape knowledge to design and implement scalable migration strategies and support models
 * Foster continuous improvement and innovation by applying PPI principles throughout migration activities
 * Collaborate cross-functionally with business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors to deliver strategic technology solutions
 * Build and maintain strong relationships across organizational levels to ensure successful project delivery
 * Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements throughout all project phases
 * Develop repeatable models that drive business continuity, process efficiency, and sustainable application support
